By accessing or purchasing from WildBae (www.wildbae.in), you agree to the following terms.
General
- WildBae is owned and operated in India. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
Products
- All jewellery is curated and subject to availability. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight variations in natural stones and pearls are inherent to the material and add to each piece's uniqueness.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders & Payment
- Prepaid orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed upon order acceptance, with payment collected at delivery. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery.
- WildBae reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including images, copy, and branding — is the property of WildBae and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- WildBae is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
